Our Staff
Thomas J. Wineman, Principal: Tom brings fifteen years of comprehensive technical experience in renewable energy systems, energy conservation, and electric utilities to the project management team. A score of successfully completed installations in institutional, educational and residential buildings attest to his capacity and quality of work. He is a specialist in site analysis, system design and installation of multiple renewable energy system types including photovoltaic, wind energy, solar thermal for cold climates interfacing with radiant heat and hydro-air, and hybrid systems.
Dale Morrisey, Office Manager: Dale came on board with Clean Energy Design in November of 2006. She brings to the team many years of office management and bookkeeping experience in the energy sector.
Nancy Reynolds, Project Development: Nancy has been involved with Clean Energy Design for over two years. She assists with administrative duties, client support and contact as well as media development.
Jason Stoots, Team Leader: Jason has over fifteen years of hands on construction experience and over eight years of construction management experience. His strong interest in sustainability issues has lead him to pursue renewable energy system design and installation. Jason has been installing renewable energy systems with Clean Energy Design since 2003.
Jeff Schwartz, Solar Technician: Jeff is trained in complete renewable resource evaluation. Jeff attended the Solar Energy Institute’s photovoltaic training workshop in the spring of 2004, and has been working with Clean Energy Design since 2004. He has extensive experience with the siting and installation of photovoltaic systems.
Travis Genatossio, Solar Technician: Travis is a solar resource evaluator and installer. He has been working with Clean Energy Design since 2006. Travis brings several years of construction and trades experience to the Clean Energy Design team, and has helped facilitate numerous photovoltaic and solar thermal installations since coming on board.
Todd Druskat, Solar Technician: Todd is trained in complete renewable resource evaluation. Todd has been working with Clean Energy Design since 2005 and has extensive experience with the siting and installation of photovoltaic, thermal and wind systems and educational outreach.
Carl Freeman, Field Coordinator: Carl has been working with Clean Energy Design since 2004. Carl supports the field crew from materials acquisition to project wrap up.
